Prayer is like a therapy, we get the opportunity to empty our entire being to our creator. At the same time we have confidence that he can resolve our problems. Prayer gives us courage, hope and strength. It also, helps us to have patience. It allows us to be aware of other people's feelings. Through prayer we become better individuals. The overall results of prayer and reading inspirational material, such as the bible, poems, and meditation, bring about peace that creates joy and happiness within us. We are able to view life situations and the future clearer. Therefore, our health is improved, because our mind isn't overloaded with stress.

The purpose of Prayer
Scripture: (1 Peter 5:7)
Casting all your care upon him: for he careth for you.
