My son, Keith, gave me a beautiful box, with this
inspirational writing on the top. It is very special to me. I have had it, for several years. I would like to share it, with you. There are times in our lives, when it seems that our burdens are too heavy to carry. And that we are alone, and no one cares.
My hopes are that, this inspirational writing will uplift, and give hope, to those who are feeling alone, and that no one cares about them. Below, is a scripture to help add some sunshine in your day. May God bless you much!

On night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along
the beach with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each
scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand; one belonged to him, and
the other to the Lord.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he
looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the
path of his life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it
happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life.
This really bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it:
“Lord you said that once I decided to follow you, you’d walk with me all the
way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life, there
is only one set of footprints. I don’t
understand why when I needed you most you would leave me.”
The Lord replied, “My precious, precious child. I love you
and would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you
see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.”

Scripture:
Psalm 121
I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will
not slumber.
Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy
right hand.
The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve
thy soul.
The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in
from this time forth, and even for evermore.
